📦 Plan-Wise Refund Policy

✅ 1. ₹1,999 – NEET UG Counselling Updates (Digital Plan)

  • This plan includes digital access to exclusive counselling updates via WhatsApp and email.

  • As this is a non-tangible digital product, once access is granted, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

  • We encourage students to read all details carefully before purchasing this plan.

✅ 2. ₹1,00,000 – Management Quota Guidance Plan

✅ 3. ₹2,00,000 – NRI Quota Guidance Plan

  • Both plans come with a 100% Refund Guarantee in case we are unable to secure a seat for you during the ongoing NEET admission season.

  • Refunds are applicable only if:

    • You provide all necessary documents and cooperate fully in the admission process.

    • The refund request is raised before the counselling window closes or a seat is allotted elsewhere.

  • Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

    • If the student decides to withdraw mid-process.

    • If the student is not eligible due to any misinformation or invalid documentation.

    • If the student misses deadlines or fails to respond on time despite follow-ups.

🔐 How to Request a Refund?

To initiate a refund for eligible plans:

  1. Email your request to mail@vishnunambiar.com with your registered name, payment details, and reason for refund.

  2. Our team will verify your eligibility within 5 working days.

  3. Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
