Admission Procedure
Here, I am not giving you an in-depth idea about the admission procedures. I will be just giving you the basic steps included in the counselling procedures.
MCC is the authority that will be conducting the counselling for deemed medical colleges.
- Registration: Register at www.mcc.nic.in. Select “Deemed University” and pay the registration fee and the security deposit.
- Choice Filling & Locking: Choose the colleges you want and lock your choices.
- Seat Allotment: There are four counselling rounds: Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round.
- Reporting to College: If you get a seat, report to the college with your original documents and fees.
Many agents or touts promise to guide you for admission without attending the counselling or without qualifying for the NEET exam. Please do understand that without qualifying for the NEET exam and registering for the MCC counselling, you won’t be able to secure a seat in any deemed medical college.
Documents Required
I have listed the documents required for admission:
- NEET Admit Card.
- NEET Scorecard.
- 10th Marksheet.
- 10th Passing Certificate.
- 12th Marksheet.

- Migration Certificate.
- Caste Certificate (if applicable).
- Identity Proof (Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID).
- 8 Passport-size Photos.

Very Important: Errors in documents can also cause problems at the time of admission. And, also carry 4-5 photocopies of each document.
