Hey, friend!
I am Vishnu Nambiar!
I am a full-time career counsellor, educational consultant, and education blogger.
I help students find their dream college and course, and also help educational institutions grow.
Years ago, I saw many of my friends who had joined different colleges in the fields of health, management, and technology, and weren’t doing well.
I even had close friends who joined one of the top institutes as per rankings by different authorities, but weren’t able to learn anything practically from the college, which would help them upskill and succeed in life professionally.
I was an entrance exam repeater, and I myself was guided into a poor quality college by so called best educational consultant in my region.
I was in touch with my school friends, and all of us were facing the same issues – no practical training, and we were just trying to crack the university exams and run out from the college. We were so frustrated, that we all lost hope in the field.
That moment hit me hard.
I knew I wanted to change the story of others, and that is how I became an Edupreneur and a consultant who would guide students transparently.
This Blog is Not For You If:
1. You are looking for Shortcuts for College Admissions and Unethical Practices
Even after mentioning this clearly on the blog, I used to get hundreds of queries every year from students and parents asking for shortcuts to admissions to top colleges without even having the basic eligibility criteria.
There are also tons of people looking for certificates, and many who are looking for distance learning. There are even people who contact me for MBBS through distance learning. 😛
2. You are looking for a person to recruit students to your institute, which provides low-quality education to students
If you are from an institute that is not ready to provide the best quality education to students, please leave this site right now. I know, you will not likethe advice.
Many colleges contact me to review their college and refer students to their college. And surprisingly, most of them do not even have their building to run a college.
One of the things I’m Often Asked
Who Are You? How did you get started?
I am Vishnu Nambiar, born and raised in the God’s Own Country – Kerala. While Kerala is my home, I am no longer in one place. I have chosen a lifestyle where I travel across the country – working from anywhere my mission takes me – sometimes from college campuses, cafes or sometimes mountains or hills.
I am not your usual Career Counselor or an Educational Consultant. I am someone who’s been through ups and downs, made mistakes, and learned from every one of them.
Now those experiences help students, parents, and colleges avoid the same traps.
With over 10+ years of experience, I have worked deeply in the education industry – guiding students, working with colleges, and also building systems which will give clarity and confidence to the hardest phase of a students life.
I have seen families struggle through admission procedures and also choosing the right college. That is why I dedicate my life to career counseling and educational marketing – because I care, I will make a difference.
I have built multiple Edtech platforms, mentored thousands of students, and personally worked with 80+ colleges.
Whether it is NEET Counselling, finding the right course/college, or helping institutions grow, I bring empathy, experience, honesty, and transparency to the table.
If you are a student, parent, or college, I am here for you!
I don’t promise miracles, but I promise honesty and truth.
What People Really Want to Know!
What Do I Do?
I guide students in choosing the right career and also the right institution, which will help them succeed in life.
I help students in choosing the right career/course and college, with strategy and clarity. Whether you are preparing for competitive exams or looking for a specific course, I will be giving you a experience-backed counselling to guide your way.
I guide NEET aspirants through the complete counselling procedures and also in filtering the best colleges within their budget.
With more than 8 years of experience in the field of NEET counselling, I guide NEET aspirants through every step of counselling from registration, documentation, choice filling, college filtration till allotment of a seat.
With years of hands-on experience and real-time updates from different states, I ensure students don’t miss important deadlines or make costly mistakes.
More importantly, I help students in filtering the colleges depending on their rank, category, quota, and budget. Whether it is a government, private, or deemed college, I am there to help you.
My goal is to reduce stress for both students and parents by offering realistic and transparent advice that puts their interests first.
I have helped hundreds do it, and I will help you too! 😀
I also work with colleges in helping them upgrade their institute, academically, and also in spreading the right information about the college to the right students.
Apart from guiding students, I also guide colleges in developing their institutes academically and technologically.
I help institutions in finding the gaps in their academic structure, digital presence, student and faculty engagement, and guide them on how to upgrade their system to deliver the best education to all the students.
My goal is to help colleges create genuine value, not by just building fancy reception areas or improving infrastructure, but by improving the learning environment.
When college evolves, students benefit – and I act as a catalyst of transformation with integrity and purpose.
What will you find in my blog?
I talk about the latest updates in the education industry – let it be exams, counselling, colleges, technologies, etc.
I will also teach you many things through my blog, which will help you in building a successful career.

Outside Work
When I am not working with students or colleges, you can find me on roadtrips, exploring new places.
I enjoy the moment of peace and stillness, and also need moments of brainstorming ideas. Over the past few months, I have been focusing on transforming my mindset, fitness, and overall well-being.
I also love connecting with people from all walks of life – both personal and professional. I have my challenges too, but I believe in rising every time I fall – and helping others rise with me.
That’s what keeps me humble, grounded, and makes me do more.
